Praxis Running is a human-driven training platform that provides personalized training plans, performance analytics, and running insights. We use individualized and customized solutions with your training data and provide recommendations to help you achieve your running goals.

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Provide accurate training and health information
  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Making significant changes to your current training routine

  • You use Praxis Running's training recommendations entirely at your own risk
  • We make no guarantees about the safety or suitability of any training plan for your individual circumstances
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether any training plan is appropriate for your fitness level and health status
  • You should stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms

Listen to Your Body

Praxis Running cannot monitor your real-time health status. YOU are responsible for:

  • Monitoring how you feel during training
  • Stopping exercise if you feel unwell
  • Seeking immediate medical attention for concerning symptoms
  • Modifying or skipping workouts when appropriate
  • Properly warming up, cooling down, and staying hydrated

No Liability for Injuries

Praxis Running, its founders, employees, and affiliates are NOT responsible or liable for:

  • Any injuries, illness, or death resulting from use of our training plans
  • Adverse health events occurring during or after training
  • Overtraining, fatigue, or burnout
  • Failure to achieve training or race goals
  • Any reliance you place on our recommendations

Emergency Warning Signs

Seek immediate medical help if you experience:

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Severe shortness of breath
  • Dizziness or fainting
  • Irregular or rapid heartbeat
  • Severe pain of any kind
  • Numbness or tingling

Intellectual Property

Praxis Running and its content, including algorithms, training plans, and user interfaces, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your personal training data. By using our service, you grant us permission to process this data to provide our services and improve our algorithms.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that our service will be available 100% of the time. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to our service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
